Terms & Conditions

Covid - 19

We are taking a range of important Covid-19 protective measures to help our staff work safely and to help our customers shop safely, including doing our part to make sure social distancing measures and increased sanitising policies are in place, and, therefore, waiting times may be increased.

Please wait at the front door to be welcomed into the cafe and wear a mask when being seated. All items can be arranged for takeaway at this time. Contactless card payment is preferred at this time.

If you have any questions about our Covid-19 protective measures, please contact Brewcoffeeshop@outlook.com

Allergens

We want to help all of our customers to make informed choices about our products. Therefore, if you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please carefully check this guide and speak to a member of staff before purchasing any of our food products!

The following allergens ARE handled on the premises: Nuts, mustard, Gluten, Wheat, Cow’s milk, Soybeans, Eggs, Sulphur dioxide.

Please note that our source manufacturer may handle peanuts. Whilst we do have steps in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have small kitchens and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.

If you have a serious allergy to any of the above referenced allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be totally safe is not to consume any of our products.

We have a growing vegan collection available. Please be assured that we also are aware that some sprinkles and cake decorations are not vegan friendly, and we will not put any of those onto the tops of our vegan goodies. We want to ensure that vegans get the same quality taste as our non-vegan products, and we will try not to charge more for vegan products than our non-vegan range. Sometimes vegan substitutes are more expensive, but we’re getting good at sourcing non-dairy and eggless alternatives for a keen price.

If you are unsure or have any questions at all, please contact a member of the team on Bakedbybrew@outlook.com
